I had a really good time staying here. I was a resident for 1.5 years and it was well worth it. However, that was a few years back when rent was cheaper.
The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The lanais are good size with great views. The building feels safe and secured with a security guard on duty 24/7. Location is great....away from the busy central Waikiki, close to Ala Moana, and just a short bus ride from downtown.
So why didn't I give 5 stars? There could be more parking. Guest parking was usually full. My car got hit once in the garage and nobody had a clue. Also, the pool area could need some renovations.
All and all though, it was a good place to stay and I would recommend this place.
